Mid Term Break Ends...
Today’s the last day of the mid-term break. I’m quite glad to say that despite seemingly having slept and played a lot of my time away, I still managed to accomplish the targets set by myself before the break began.
Celebrated Rayner’s bday in advance yesterday. Many thanks to Lihui for taking time to prepare the food. Despite the relatively low turnout and simple fare it was enjoyable. Played mahjong and won $8 hehe.
Just read my fren’s blog.. realized that friends also play very important roles in a couple’s relationship. If your friends say stuff like they cant click with your bf/gf or point out areas of ur bf/gf that they dun like, then the relationship would inevitably be strained. Of course, it can be argued that what’s most important is how the couple think of each other. Sadly, things aren’t that simple. When your friends say something negative about your bf/gf, you feel as though your forced to take sides, and it can be very pressurizing. SO if you are really concerned about your friends who are in a relationship, please for goodness sake DON’T speak negatively about their bfs/gfs. I mean sure you reserve the right to dislike their bfs/gfs. But at least reserve such comments to yourself, and wish your friend all the best in the relationship. That’s the least a friend can do.
